speziell für den Zaren angefertigte Goldene Manschettenknöpfe (585/1000), nach Aussagen der Einliefererseite ein Geschenk des Zaren Ferdinand I. von Bulgarien an seinen Pagen. Der Page arbeitete zunächst in einem Hotel in Budapest, woselbst er Zar Ferdinand von Bulgarien kennenlernte. Der Zar engagierte ihn als Pagen und nahm ihn mit auf seine Reisen. Als 17-jähriger ging der Page auch mit ins Exil nach Coburg. Monogrammiert, teils emailliert. Revers 585 gestempelt. Im originalen Etui. Dazu 1 Reversnadel. Alters- und Gebrauchsspuren, Etui stark berieben. Ca. 8,5 g Raugewicht.
