Stehende Darstellung eines unbekleideten Mannes, auf dessen Kopf zwei einander zugewandte Vögel sitzen. Hals und Hüfte sind mit dünnen Kordeln umwickelt an denen sich diverse rituelle Anhänger befinden, H: ca. 58 cm. Vollholz mit schöner, teils krustiger Alterspatina, diverse Spannungsrisse und alte Beschädigungen. AUS DEM NACHLASS VON DR. HANS-JOACHIM KOLOSS, LEITER DER AFRIKA-ABTEILUNG im LINDENMUSEUM, STUTTGART (1973-1985) UND FACHREFERENT AFRIKA IM ETHNOLOGISCHEN MUSEUM, BERLIN (1985-1996).

Neck and hips are wrapped with thin cords on which are various ritual pendants, H: ca. 58 cm. Solid wood with beautiful age patina, various cracks and damages due to age. FROM THE BEQUEST OF DR.
