Abguss einer heraldischen Ofenplatte,

Starting price: No limit

Result:
35 EUR

| Cast of a heraldic oven plate, also called "interest plate". A crowned double-headed eagle with sword and cone is shown, with the year 1737 underneath. The oven plates in the farmhouses were often homage to the landlord, as "interest plates" to be understood as a reminder to pay the interest. Since many empires and countries had the double-headed eagle in their coat of arms, only a vague assumption of affiliation with the Allgäu area, possibly with the Bishopric of Augsburg, is possible. Dimensions approx. 55 x 49 cm. NO SHIPPING, ONLY FOR SELF COLLECTING.
