ICON "Church Father", Russia 19th century, against an ornamented background, inscription in Church Cyrillic, tempera, gilding and enamel painting over chalk primer and linen / hardwood panel (with 2 sponki on the back), HxW: approx. 53x44 cm. Slightly craquelured, paint and enamel flaking and rubbing, restored and retouched.
