Exceptional ring with brilliant-cut diamonds totalling ca. 0.24 ct, very good colour and clarity, set in heart shape with yellow sapphires totalling ca. 2.1 ct, 18K yellow gold, 16.5 g, ring size 54, 21st century, minor signs of wear, elaborately handcrafted.
