Das Weingut Mouton-d’Armailhac wurde 1933 von Baron Philippe de Rothschild gekauft, 1956 umbenannt in Mouton-Baron-Philippe, 1975 nach seiner Frau in Mouton-Baronne-Philippe umbenannt und von der Tochter Philippine 1989 nach dem Tod ihres Vaters wieder auf den alten Namen d’Armailhac zurückbenannt.

The Mouton-d'Armailhac winery was bought by Baron Philippe de Rothschild in 1933, renamed Mouton-Baron-Philippe in 1956, renamed Mouton-Baronne-Philippe after his wife in 1975 and turned to the daughter Philippine in 1989. After the death of their father she renamed the winery to the old name d'Armailhac.
