ROLEX Datejust "Aftermarket Setting", Ref. 68278. Ladies watch. Gold 18K, bezel, case and dial with diamonds (ca. 3,6ct medium to good color and clearity), bezel and dial with rubies. Automatic-movement. Signs of wear on case and band! Diameter ca. 31mm (measured without crown).
