Entwurf Elvir Otto für die Amphora-Werke (Reissner, Stellmacher & Kessel) in Turn-Teplitz (heute Trnovany inTschechien), wohl aus der Reihe "Bretonische Bauern", zylindrische Form, umlaufendes, bronzefarbenes Landschaftsrelief, tlw. Eosinglasur innen und außen, eingerahmt von einem bräunlich-goldfarbenem Astrelief. Schauseitig hebt sich das Relief eines gehenden Bauern farblich durch eine helle, detailreiche Staffage ab. Seitlicher Aufkleber "Amphora" (nicht mehr vollständig vorh.), Pressmarken am Boden "Amphora Faience Turn" und "Austria", Standring beschädigt, H 41, 5 cm.| AMPHORA- Factory (Turn-Trepitz) huge Art Nouveau vase, around 1910, design by Elvir Otto for the Amphora-Werke (Reissner, Stellmacher & Kessel) in Turn-Teplitz (today Trnovany in the Czech Republic), probably from the series "Brittany farmers", cylindrical shape, surrounding bronze-colored landscape relief, partly with eosin glaze inside and outside, framed from a brownish-gold-colored relief. On the front, the relief of a walking farmer stands out in color through bright, detailed staffage. Lateral sticker "Amphora" (no longer complete), impressed marks on the bottom "Amphora Faience Turn" and "Austria", base ring damaged, H 41, 5 cm.
