Handaufzug Uhrwerk läuft, nicht getestet auf Ganggenauigkeit und Gangreserve, Service empfohlen. Zeigerverstellung erfolgt bereits über die Krone, Patek-typischer Schanuzbart-Anker. Sichtbare Gebrauchsspuren an Gehäuse und Glas, Deckel mit leichter Eindellung. 46mm Durchmesser ohne Krone.
