Typoskript datiert 20. Januar 1967 aus dem Palast von Monaco mit eigenhändiger originaler Unterschrift des Fürsten und Anrede "Dear Friend". Empfänger war Mr. Dayton T.V. Mitchell in New York City. Der Fürst macht deutlich, dass das Gelände des Hotel Spa Projektes dem Staat gehöre und er nicht alleine handeln könne und dass es der Zustimmung von Regierung und Nationalrat bedarf. Mehrfach gefalten, wohl durch Lichteinwirkung überwiegend verfärbt. Am Briefkopf mittig die bekrönten Initalen "R". Der Brief wurde im Format der Länge nach erweitert, ca. 34,5 x 20 cm.

The prince made it clear that the site of the hotel spa project belongs to the state and that he cannot act alone and that the approval of the government and the National Council is required. Folded several times, presumably mostly discolored due to the effect of light. The crowned initials "R" in the center of the letterhead. The format of the letter has been extended lengthwise, approx. 34.5 x 20 cm.
