Das Original entstand in Mailand/ Gent im 15./16.Jh. und befindet sich heute in der British Library in London. Alters-und Gebrauchsspuren, zwei Einkerbungen an der Rückseite der Kassette, leicht staubig, Altersspuren an den Metallbeschlägen.
