Nr. 48/80 aus der Reihe für Editionskommissionen & Archivexemplare, Faksimile Verlag Luzern Schweiz 1982. Das Original befindet sich heute in der Kantonsbibliothek St. Gallen. Ohne Kommentarband. Die Weltchronik des Rudolf von Ems und die Legende von Karl dem Großen, verfasst vom sog. „Stricker“, waren zwei der beliebtesten Schriftstücke der deutschen Gotik und wurden etwa um 1300 in Zürich zu einem Codex vereint. Alters- und Gebrauchsspuren und Verfärbungen am Ledereinband, Kratzer, Knicke, Abrieb.

No. 48/80 from the series for edition commissions & archive copies, facsimile publisher Lucerne Switzerland 1982. The original is now in the Cantonal Library of St. Gallen. Without commentary volume. The World Chronicle of Rudolf of Ems and the Legend of Charlemagne, written by the so-called "Stricker", were two of the most popular writings of the German Gothic period and were combined into one codex in Zurich around 1300. Signs of age and usage and discoloration to the leather binding, scratches, creases, abrasion.
