Charakteristisch für den Gabbeh-Teppich sind große, ausdrucksvoll leuchtende Farbflächen und ein spielerischer Umgang mit geometrisch abstrakten Figuren. In dieser Tradition gestaltet, zeigt das rote Mittelfeld formatfüllend einen Löwen, der seitlich von zwei horizontal dazu angeordneten Löwinnen eingerahmt wird. Knüpfarbeit aus Schafs- und Ziegenwolle, mit natürlichen Farbstoffen gefärbt. Alters- und Gebrauchsspuren, besch. im Fransenbereich.
