Hinter ihnen ein Mann beim Leeren seines Kruges, links im Hintergrund eine Pfeife rauchende Frau an einem Kamin. Ein Hund hat sich neben der Gruppe zusammengerollt und schläft. Muschelschalen liegen verstreut auf dem Boden. Öl auf Leinwand, doubliert. HxB: ca. 42 x 52 cm (HxB des Rahmens: ca. 61 x 72 cm). Alters- und Beriebspuren. Craquelé, Risse, kleine Farbfehlstellen, restauriert und retuschiert. Mit Rahmen (Beschädigungen). Craquelure, tears, small losses of colour, restored and retouched. With frame (damage). Remains of a sticker from the frame makers James Bourlet & Sons Ltd, London and a stamp on the reverse.
