Die im Ming-Stil gearbeitete, bärtige Figur ist stehend und mit geschlossenen Augen dargestellt. Sie ist bekleidet mit einem langen Gewand und hält ein Ruyi-Zepter (Wunschzepter) in der Hand, das die Erfüllung aller Wünsche symbolisiert. H: 22 cm. Starke Altersspuren, wie Altersrisse und Verfärbungen, am Stand im Bereich der Füße beschädigt. Eine aktuelle Handelsgenehmigung nach dem Washingtoner Artenschutzabkommen ist im Original anbei. | Ivory sculpture of an immortal. CHINA Qing Dynasty (1644-1912). Sculpted in the Ming style, the bearded figure is depicted standing with closed eyes. She is dressed in a long robe and holds a ruyi sceptre (wish sceptre) in her hand, which symbolises the fulfilment of all wishes. H: 22 cm. Significant signs of age, such as age cracks and discolouration, damaged on the stand in the area of the feet. A current trade licence according to the Washington Convention on International Trade in Endangered Species of Wild Fauna and Flora is enclosed in the original.
