Kaendler, hohe schlanke goldstaffierte Rocaillenvasen auf rundem hohem Fuß, die Wandung mit plastisch aufgesetzten, bunt staffierten Blüten und allegorischem Beiwerk, durchbrochen und reich reliefiert mit Rocaillenkartuschen, Unterglasurblaue Schwertermarke, H: ca. 33 cm. Altersbedingte Gebrausspuren, rest.

Meissen, 18th century, vase with allegory of summer, from a series of the 4 seasons, probably after a model by J.J. Kaendler, tall slender gold decorated rocaille vases on a round high foot, the wall with plastically applied, colourfully painted blossoms and allegorical accessories, openwork and richly decorated with rocaille cartouches in relief, underglaze blue sword mark, h: approx. 33 cm. Signs of wear due to age, rest.
